Google analytics is a free service offered by google, It helps to track and report website traffic. Now a days google analytics is widely used website service. When the google analytic tracking code is paste in page tags, It helps to collect visitor data. Tracking code is a snippet of java script code that paste to every pages of the website.Google analytics introduce by google in the year of 2005.
Now , It has two additional version Google analytics 360 and Google analytics for mobile apps.
In google analytics , we can create up to 100 blog pages. It is the best google tool for website to improve it's quality . The google analytics tracking code is place between <head>...</head> HTML tag. In older version the tracking code was placed just before body close , it cause page loading problems. By using google analytics , we can identify poorly performing pages, where user came from, geographical position etc.

-The most interested web page by the visitor
Create a google analytics account:
1.Go to google analytics web page. If you already have a google analytics account, then click sign in.
If you do not have a google analytic account , then create an account.
2.click sing up.
3.Fill the account name , website URL ,Website name , select industry and reporting time zone.
4.click Get tracking ID
5.If you agree Google analytics terms and condition , then click I Accept
6.Paste tracking ID to your website.
Types of visit
1.Direct traffic: The direct traffic is defined as the URL is directly type in search box .
2.Organic traffic: The organic traffic is define as ,find our website by using search engine like google or yahoo
3.Social media traffic: The social media traffic is defined as, The visit get through social media like twitter, face book etc
4. Referral traffic: In this traffic the visitor came to your website from other website. That means when the user click on the hyperlink to go to another page website.
5.Traffic from ads: In this traffic the visitor came to your website from google ads.
